The Blood Moon
July’s full moon is meeting us in red this time! After the biggest bloody eclipse on Friday 27th, the Buck Full moon is rising on us, on Saturday, July 28th. While us monkeys, will be bathing in that moonlight, hiking up Chabrouh’s mountains, and camping in the illuminated wilderness!
| Full Moon Hike
The hike will start at the campsite. The moonlight will guide us to the other side of the mountains where we top out Chabrouh’s dam, with all the beauty and reflections it holds. We then loop back to our campsite!

Meeting point: Bloom Bank- Zouk Mosbeh - After NDU campus, and Moulin d'Or, Jeita highway.
Time: 7:00 PM - SHARP
We can share each other’s cars. So carpooling is an option!
| Itinerary
7:00 pm -Meeting point:
8:30 pm – Arrival to campsite – Tents setting.
9:00 pm – Full Moon hike
12:00 pm -Arrival to campsite.
What to bring?
• Hiking shoes, hiking pants, hiking poles, hat.
• Headlamps
• Fleece, jacket, etc…
• 2L of water
• Garbage bags
• Snacks (dried fruits, dark chocolate, energy bars, Tuna can etc…)
•Camping gear
- ID and Insurance Card.
