Come rock climbing with us this Sunday, March 4th, on the stunning cliff of “Chir el Ribeze” at Tannourine el Faouqa.

Whether you’re a complete newbie, or looking to progress from indoors to outdoor rock climbing, Moon Monkey is looking forward to help you discover rock climbing in Lebanon. But be warned… you may well leave hooked!

10:15 am Arrival 

10:30 am Hitting the ropes | Introduction to knots

11:00 am Hitting the rocks | Climbing and Abseiling

13:00 pm Lunch Break

13:30 pm Back on the rocks

15:00 pm Wrap Time 

 

How to get there 

Tannourine el Faouqa (1400m-1700m), is the highest part of Tannourine. It’s 85 km away from Beirut, 32 km away from Batroun (42 min). 

Meeting point 8:30 am SHARP | Bou Khalil Supermarket– Jbeil

We go together by cars. We can share each other’s cars, so carpooling is an option.

 

Don’t Forget!

• Hiking shoes, climbing shoes.

• Fleece, jacket, etc…

• 3L of water

• Sunscreen protection

• Hat

• Garbage bags

• Snacks | Dried fruits, bananas, dark chocolate, energy and granola bars, Tuna can, nut seeds like cashews and almonds.
