Women of the world, it’s your day! For all of you pumped girls, beautiful sisters, and tender mothers, Moon Monkey, in collaboration with “Patrouille des Sommets”, under the patronage of MP General Chamel Roukoz, is pampering you on Sunday, March 10th.

You boys are all welcome too! But there will come a time for your pampering.

Sisters by Nature, will be hiking in Bchaaleh’s newly opened trails, then practising Yoga in the wild open air, with all the scents of the world blooming for us!

 

 

/The Village

We’re heading to Bchaali! Beit Chaali", meaning "the place of glorification and adoration", is in the district of Batroun, 68 km away from Beirut. Bchaaleh municipality, funded by USAID opened new hiking trails in 2018, open for the public.

 

 

/The Hike

 

The hike is a loop. We will be exploring 3 out of 8 trails: Darb al Chir, Darb el Qalaa, and Darb Mar Sarkis.

Distance: 5 km

Duration: 4 to 4.5 hrs (including breaks and a yoga session)

Level: Easy to Moderate

Elevation gain: 300 m

Elevation loss: 300 m

 

 

/Stretch and Bend

The hike will be followed by a yoga session offered by @zeyyoga. Don’t forget your lightweight yoga mattresses!

There will be buses for transportation!
